SAMANTHA

ICF-Accredited Professional Life Coach, Intuitive, Multi-Passionate, Projector 2/4, ENFP

My work is centered around empowering women to see, create, and fully embrace all of the possibilities in their lives.

GET CLEAR ON WHAT YOU WANT. BECOME THE WOMAN WHO CREATES IT.

Maybe you can feel that something in your life is ready to shift — a desire for more fulfillment, joy, connection, purpose, play, freedom, or simply a life that feels more like you.

My passion is helping women listen to that knowing, get clear on what they truly want, and connect with the woman they're becoming so they can begin making intentional choices toward the life they want to create.

I know what it's like to feel the pull toward something different before you have all the answers.

You don't need to know exactly where you're going to begin. Sometimes you just need to be willing to listen to what's calling you forward.

a few facts about me

I’m a wife, mama, and dog mom to two rescue pups, Chubbs and Charlie Lou. Becoming a mom has been one of the most transformative chapters of my life — and has completely expanded the way I think about growth, identity, and what makes a life meaningful.

In 2019, my husband and I packed up our belongings, put almost everything in storage, and spent a year traveling around the country with our dog. That season taught me how much can change when you’re willing to listen to your intuition, loosen your grip on the plan, and follow what feels right for you.

I’m endlessly curious and very multi-passionate. I love personal growth, psychology, nervous system work, cooking, wellness, interior design, travel, a really good glass of wine, and deep conversations that last for hours.

my story

Have you ever looked at your life and thought, “This is supposed to make me happy…so why doesn’t it feel like enough?”

I know that feeling well.

Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade building a successful career in communications, PR, media, and marketing. I was ambitious, driven, and doing so many of the things I thought I was supposed to do to create a successful life.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I had gotten really good at building a life that looked right without ever stopping to ask myself whether it actually felt right for me.

In 2015, that disconnect became impossible to ignore when I experienced a panic attack at work.

Truthfully, it became one of those moments that divides your life into a before and an after.

I hire someone to help me figure it out and started asking myself different questions.

  • What do I actually want?

  • What impact do I want to make in this world?

  • What would I choose if I stopped making decisions based on shoulds?

  • Who do I want to become?

I didn't have all the answers right away. But I started listening.

Many breadcrumbs left by the Universe eventually led me across the country and into a year-long ICF-accredited coach training program in 2016 at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), where I became a Certified Professional Coach.

And little by little, my life began to change.

I left the soul-sucking job that led to my panic attack. And then eventually left my communications career to build my coaching business full-time. I've moved across the country, built a business, navigated seasons of uncertainty and reinvention, walked through a long journey to motherhood, and become a mom.

And through every chapter, I've learned something I now believe deeply: The life that's right for you isn't something you figure out once.

We change. Our priorities change. Our desires change. The things that once felt right can stop fitting. New goals and dreams emerge. New versions of us emerge.

And we're allowed to tap into our intuition and listen deeply to those nudges.

My own life has required me to get clear on what I want, trust myself before I know exactly how things will unfold, let go of identities I've outgrown, and continually meet the woman I'm becoming next.

That's the work I now have the privilege of helping other women do.

I'm still ambitious. I still believe deeply in dreaming big, visualization, manifestation, personal growth, and becoming your Next-Level Self.

But these days, I believe just as deeply in presence. In self-trust. In nervous system capacity. In changing your mind. In letting your definition of success evolve. And in creating a beautiful life while you're actually living it.

Because ultimately, I believe we're here to know ourselves deeply, allow ourselves to want what we want, keep becoming — and intentionally create lives that feel like our own.

If you're somewhere in the space between who you've been and who you're becoming, I understand that place well.

And I'm really glad you're here.
