Celebrate Your Wins, Big and Small
We often don't take time to reflect on how far we've come and who we've become on our journeys. Boost your confidence by keeping a journal by your bedside table and write down at least ONE daily win you want to celebrate. When you're feeling low, reflect on your wins journal for an immediate boost of self-confidence.
Release Comparison and Perfectionism
Perfect is an illusion. There will never be a perfect time, a perfect person and a perfect…well, anything. Shift into confidence by creating empowering affirmations to repeat to yourself when you're getting caught in comparison or perfectionism. Try: “Imperfect action is action forward”, “I accept myself", “I am enough and what I do is enough.”
Grow your Confident Community
Self-confidence is infectious! When you are around people who speak positively about themselves and celebrate others' wins, it can help you feel more confident too! Grow your community of confident individuals and see your confidence levels rise!
Step Out of your Comfort Zone
Confidence can be developed by stepping out of our comfort zones. Take a moment to think about an action you've been putting off because it's intimidating or uncomfortable. Commit to doing that thing today/this week/this month. You got this!
